In regard to office cleaning, there are several considerations we take into account. 

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION:

BREAKROOM & KITCHEN

  • Clean countertops

  • Clean and disinfect sinks. Faucets are shined

  • Appliances are cleaned and shined

  • Microwaves are cleaned inside and out

  • Sweep/or vacuum/mop floors

  • Clean and wipe exterior cabinets

  • Wipe and clean kitchen furniture- tables, chairs, etc.

  • Extract garbage and replace trash can liners.

RESTROOMS

  • Clean and disinfect all toilets & urinals

  • Clean and disinfect countertops

  • Clean & polish mirrors and glass

  • Clean and disinfect sinks/shine faucets

  • Clean and disinfect stall partitions & walls

  • Sweep/or vacuum and mop floors

  • Refill all paper, soap, and sanitary paper dispensers

  • Dust and wipe down doors & door frames

  • Garbage extraction

OFFICE

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum all floors

  • Garbage extraction throughout office

  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass

  • Doors and door frames dusted and wiped down

  • Disinfect office phones

  • Spot clean walls & carpets

  • Dust workstations and desks

  • Dust & clean office equipment

RECEPTION AREA & LOBBY

  • Furniture dusted & polished- if applicable

  • Clean front entrance door, inside and out

  • Dust all decor, shelving, and lamps

  • Sweep/or vacuum and mop flooring

  • Wipe down all directories

  • Empty & clean all ashtrays-if present

  • Vacuum and roll up walk off mats

  • Disinfect air space within lobby and surrounding corridors
